Chinese Slowdown - a chance to change to a low carbon development path?

China's stuttering growth is perhaps the latest sign that the economic model we have is not sustainable. Investment and foreign consumption fuelled growth based on keeping the yuan/dollar rate low and debt fuel infrastructure investment respectively does not make sense when metrics other than GDP are used.
